When you take responsibility for yourself and your life, everything begins to change. When you finally decide you’ve had enough of what has been and take over, something changes in the unfolding of life that could not happen before. In taking responsibility for yourself and your actions, your progress enters a new phase and life takes on not only new meaning but new energy as well. When decisions are made to change new life ensures, and when blame and shame are shed there is finally room for something new to take their place. Become your own best cheerleader and let your life really take off in a new direction. With intent, determination and the power within you everything is possible.

Don’t give up on yourself. Keep going in the direction you have chosen. Stay on the path that will bring you the best results, the deepest satisfaction and a meeting with who you truly  are. A journey to wholeness will of course be fraught with challenges; they are part of the journey and necessary bumps in the road. A commitment to change the self is one of the greatest undertakings of a lifetime and well worth the effort. Plan on a day of reassertion, reaffirmation and resetting of purpose and intent. A path of heart is the only path worth traveling.

Don’t give up on yourself or your long held dreams. Don’t give up on your true potential or your ultimate Self, the being you know yourself to be. Follow the thread of that Self as it shows you each day the path that has heart, that has meaning and that is your true destiny. Your life offers more than you now know or experience. Even the richest, most productive of lives has more to offer. Stay connected to your heart and its greatest desire that you live to fulfillment in all ways possible. In this lifetime that is your destiny and your heart’s greatest intention as well.

Suspend judgment and wait for your heart to speak to you rather than get angry or regretful. Let the body, mind and spirit relax into the day that is to come with solid knowing that everything is as it should be for this moment. Pace yourself so that your energy may be used in productive ways and allow for times of rest and rejuvenation along with measured activity. Do not overdo but live the day modestly in all areas of life.
