Work on keeping in balance so that you may bring harmony and beauty into the world, one small breath, one step and one day at a time.

Create balance in your life in your own best way, in the way that makes the most sense for you. Rather than strive to be like someone else whom you might admire, find your own way to a balanced lifestyle that will work for you. Change harbors discontent, for when one thing is instituted another will make itself known. When that which is most apparently in need of fixing or change is attended to, a whole host of other things become known and need attention as well. There is nothing wrong with this; it is a basic law that one thing always follows another. Do not become overwhelmed, but do acknowledge the need to attend to everything in due time.
