Change can cause reactions within the self, so watch out for negative emotions, bad moods and frustrations. Push through all disturbances with the knowledge that such things are common. Stay the course and keep in mind that you are on a journey not only of change but of transformation as well. Like a chrysalis you will soon emerge triumphant from the incubation stage, with all of its inner eruptions and disruptions, into a beautiful butterfly.

Stand firm. Let not what is happening outside of you in the world around you get you down, but strive always to be a light in the dark. Strive to find the way to new life but also to a new way of life so that the old may be put to rest and your perspective shift from one of darkness and sadness to one of acceptance and the reality that everyone will transform at some point, whether into new life on Earth or new life in infinity, the eternal place of life. Look always through the light of new eyes to find the truth at the end of the tunnel, for indeed, it is there.

When destruction seems to be the norm do not despair but look upon it as the necessary sacrifice that will result in new life. There cannot be real change without something being lost or given up. Be aware of how easily the mind can slip into an old routine, how easily an old habit can pop up, how the slightest hint of an old nostalgia can trigger an old desire. But as easily as the mind can slip back into an old place so can your spirit slip in and tell you a different story, give you a different idea, shift you into a different state. When the mind conjures call upon the spirit. Find it in a deep breath, in a heart centered, loving thought of a new day’s unfolding and all the possibilities it holds. As the sun rises let its light shift you into a creative, loving and kind place. Think of someone else with kindness and compassion, let the old conjuring mind go, and move onward now.
