Let the lessons of your own doing be as important as other lessons in life. For life is full of lessons, a school set up for you to learn and grow and understand what it means to journey through life as a spiritual being in a physical body. Every day a new lesson awaits. Save your energy for what’s right. Rather than doing too much that doesn’t serve you, do only what conserves and at the same time utilizes your energy so that you are neither depleted nor overloaded. When you think about taking care of yourself, check in with your energy and decide what is the best use of it. Energy implies not only how much you have but what your spirit needs, what your inner you needs, and what your physical you needs too. Check in with the whole self often throughout the day to see how you are doing.

Take full responsibility for yourself just as you let others take responsibility for themselves, for there is no greater challenge and joy than to journey through life knowing that you are in charge of your own life. Each of you must work on your personal karma. Some times this means going your own way. Other times it means sharing life with others. Often it means taking over when others are done, at maturity, so that your proper evolution, individuation, and bliss of life may occur.
