Even within the self change is happening all the times, sometimes suddenly but more often in subtle ways. Learn to go with the flow of life rather than fighting it, accepting the changes that come your way, for it is in the natural flow that you will have your greatest experiences and know yourself as part of the beautiful whole that is your life.
