Prepare for the worst but expect the best. In this manner there will be no shortcomings, no deficits, no surprises. If you are ready for anything then anything can happen and you will be in alignment to receive it. At the same time, if nothing happens you will likewise be in alignment for that as well. The body and the spirit constantly vie for attention. Which will win out? Watch for signs that one is gaining more power than the other so that you can keep them in balance. Balance of the body, the physical self, and the spirit, the energetic self, is key to maintaining unity.
