Life is like a river in which you choose your method of concourse. You can choose to float along, letting life take you willy and nilly. You can choose to anchor yourself in one spot. You can choose to swim with or against the current. Or you can even choose to get out of the water and walk beside it. Whatever you choose, give it all you’ve got, without complaint, and you will have accomplished what you set out to do, to traverse the great river of life.

In mind and body seek always a higher state of consciousness so that the chaos will not effect you, so that your state of inner affairs remains calm and your mind clear. In balance, that which is outside of you will not become all that is and the calmness inside you will be the main tone of your world, as within so without. Strive for harmony by remaining heart centered and loving in all you do and all will be well.

Find the meaning in everything so that you may advance along your path, so that you may move one more step in the direction of clarity and enlightenment, so that you may begin to figure out why you exist in the life you are in. The true purpose of life is to grow and serve others in a loving way. Find the path that will lead you to your personal unfolding of this universal mission of love. Or perhaps you are already living it and just need to refine it. Live with awe, gratitude, and an open heart and all will be well.
