With heartfelt thanks begin your day. With gratitude for yesterday and thanks for today, step out into the dawning of a new day. You are all you need to make this the best day you’ve ever had. Let your gratitude shine through for all the gifts you have been given. There is really nothing to worry about, there is only staying present and doing the best you can.
Do the right thing. But what is the right thing? Sometimes it’s hard to know. At other times the way is perfectly clear. Sit awhile with your mind as calm as possible. Just breathe calmly for a minute or two, and ask your heart-centered self to be fully present and to gift you with some helpful insight. If you do this often enough, you and your heart-centered self will get into good alignment and before you know it you will be able to do this automatically, without even realizing that you are. A heart-centered connection with your High Self is really the best medicine you could ask for.
Stay connected to your heart-centered self today, and every day, the inner knowing self who instinctively and intuitively guides you, even when you are not asking for guidance or even aware. When awareness shuts down, for whatever reason, you are still in good hands. Keep that in mind. But also set your intentions for the perfect day, and let your heart be your first and foremost guide as you do that.
Take time today to center yourself in knowing that you are doing the best you can do at this moment in time. Accept where you are and yet still hold onto the dream of your perfect future. Never let the real dream die. If it is your destiny to have what you really want then you will one day achieve it. But if it is not really the best destiny for you, some other outcome will show up and you will be able to perceive it as the best and most perfect future, in spite of what you once upon a time thought would be your answer to your prayers. Oftentimes, the future is not up to the dreamer but to the dream still waiting to be lived.
When there is discord, it is very hard to imagine reconciliation, especially when those in power don’t really want reconciliation, they just want more power. And when power is in control, when greed rules, and when disrespect and negligence are the hallmarks of that power, then it may seem that things can never change. But remember that you have a voice. Everyone has a voice. And you have a spirit that does not want to succumb to someone else’s idea of the world. Your voice may be small and not very loud, but your spirit has the capacity to be big and loud. Let your spirit direct you in the best way for you, individually, to use your voice for the greater good of the world, so that loving change may powerfully reassert itself in the human experience.
