The world is in chaos. There is no doubt about that. But really, when is the world not in chaos of one sort or another? There is always going to be chaos around you. How you decide to react to that chaos is what matters.
Stay on your chosen path no matter what comes to disrupt your equilibrium. There are many forces in the universe that seek places to land, that need attention in order to thrive. Only give attention where attention is warranted. Steer clear of any interactions that are not energetically conducive and enhancing. Of course, you have to deal with what arises in daily life that needs attention, for you cannot live wholly in the world of spirit and spiritual intentions, but you can hone your attention, saving your energy for what matters the most. Daily life is a tug-of-war between the must-doing of the outer world and the must-doing of the inner world. Find your balance and hone it so that you are not drawn off your course and away from your inner self too often.
Maintain equilibrium at all times, striving to achieve an alignment of mind, body and spirit so that you are not thrown easily by dire circumstances. Maintain a cool approach rather than a hotheaded one so that your mind is clear enough to see the truth and to act upon it. In times of stress it is good to remember that all things change, that this time too will pass, but how you handle it while in the midst of it is equally important. That’s where equilibrium comes in and does its job to keep things in perspective and to maintain a balanced outlook on life. Change is inevitable, but don’t make it harder on yourself. Stay balanced in all things at all times.
Let your heart be calm as a new day comes into being. Let your heart be as still as the windless sky, as present as the bright sunlight and yet fully alive in its natural beat, beat, beat. With equilibrium achieved everything is in its natural state and there is time for contemplation of the Self. What truth arises in such a calm heart-centered state? What does your own natural state tell you about yourself today? Can you accept it and love yourself compassionately, unconditionally? Breathe and accept all that is.
Remain in balance no matter what comes to disrupt you. Strive to maintain the equilibrium that is right for you so that your body and spirit are both happy and healthy. Just as you wish for a happy and healthy world to live in, so keep your own world of self in a good state of balance so that all you wish to achieve is not hindered. You are your own source and force of life energy and are in charge of maintaining it throughout the span of your lifetime. Keep this in mind as you go through your day and make decisions and choices. Seek balance so that you remain in a healthy state, physically, mentally and spiritually. It will do you good.
