Chuck’s Place: Finding The Jewel In The Futility Of Now

Our current world predicament gives rise to thoughts of pointlessness and uselessness, the very definition of futility. These thoughts activate feelings of powerlessness, defeat and depression, simply a state of generalized being that says, “What’s the use?”

Astrologically, futility is represented by the Moon in Aquarius. The moon is purely feminine. It represents the subconscious mind. I have written extensively on the divine power of the subconscious mind, that which brings to life, or manifests, all the conditions of our material world based upon the words and suggestions that impress themselves upon it.

However, the subconscious mind also keeps the score. Although it never challenges the suggestions it receives, it is bound to maintain the balance of the universe. Just as the moon never deviates in its phases, as the tides rise and fall in perfect order, so balance in nature also insists upon being restored. The subconscious mind both grants our wishes but must ultimately play out the effects of those intentions, thus the subconscious mind is also the keeper and completer of karma.

The cosmic season of Kali Yuga that we are now in is the ultimate release of the karma of all that has been suppressed for centuries. That which has been repressed to achieve civilization, with all its discontents, is now being pervasively and perversely unleashed upon our current world. This is a cosmic cleansing in the wickedest and raunchiest of forms.

It is abundantly clear to me that the unlived karma of WWII, and its outcomes, is fervently being unleashed upon the greater world. Retribution, entitlement and tribalism are shattering the agreed upon boundaries of civilization, be they boundaries of state or boundaries of civilized discourse, and, most basically, the fundamental right to life.

The subconscious mind is also the warehouse of deep habit and entrenched belief. The current wave of destruction has been particularly focused upon the most prestigious universities and the laws of science itself.

For example, previously unquestioned agreement upon medical diagnosis and treatments is now being seriously questioned, or simply eliminated. Opinion has largely replaced fact, yet consideration of perspectives previously forbidden have been opened for consideration.

The current breakdown of world order is thus a confluence of factors that include the breakthrough of collectively suppressed emotions, the payment of karmic debts, and the destruction of the previously governing constructs of reason and reality.  We are in the midst of a cosmic menstruation that is clearing out the old with unbridled ferocity.

The jewel of this universal cleansing is in the ultimate rising of Aquarius, like a phoenix from the ashes of now. As an astrological sign that defies convention, Aquarius promises a new breed of detached objectivity that is dedicated to the greater good. This is a zeitgeist that issues from truth and wisdom, above and beyond the errors of prejudice and self-interest. This is reality built upon fact and true need versus bullied opinion and greed.

The Aquarian ego, with its dedication to truth and wisdom, advances beyond the rigid fixation upon self-importance, the ruling dominant of our time. Rather than seek fame, fortune, and unlimited attention as its central goal for manifestation in life, it trusts the energy of the intent for the greater good as its chief source of influence. When the teacher is ready, the student will come; no need to hire an influencer.

The Aquarian ego deepens its relationship with energetic reality, where abundance and unlimited supply exist to manifest all things. The Aquarian ego, in alignment with serving the Higher Self, utilizes its divine power of suggestion, in consort with the subconscious mind, to serve the greater good of all. The effect, or karma, of such an intent is positive karma that continuously renews itself to fulfill the world’s deepest and truest needs.

The jewel, for us all in this time of futility, is in the encounter with our own most deeply held beliefs and secrets, which have overshadowed the truth and caused us to manifest errors in our lives. With the fuller knowing of our true selves we are released from the false beliefs that have defined and constricted our lives, and we are able to move into greater alignment with the truth of our Higher Selves.

The energy of the moon provides us with the truth and effects of our hidden selves, as Aquarius rises to lead us in this greater truth. Futility is actually the energy of Spirit working its way into manifesting this greater New Age. Futility rarifies the jewel.

Keep your knowing focused on the greater truth of now.

Chuck’s Place: What Is The Matter?

Matter comes from the Latin word materia, which means the physical substance that is born of mater, who is mother. Our physical body, our physical lives, and the life of our times is the creation of the father-of-suggestion in union with mother, the material substance of the subconscious mind.

Mother brings forth all physical life. The state of that life reflects the quality of the suggestions it has been impregnated with; are they of wisdom or are they of error? Wisdom is infused with impartial truth, error is filled with one-sided opinion.

Our current world is largely defined by the instant reactions of social media, from the White House on down, where the play and battle of opposites vie for dominance of public opinion, which serves as the ruling suggestions to the matter of our time.

Prior generations have struggled to establish union in response to this volatile battle of opposite opinions, often resorting to suppression, or to passing on to the future the insolvency of unrealized truth.

The founding fathers of America knew very well that slavery was immoral, but did not address it in the Constitution, forcing the future America, some 75 years later, into Civil War to resolve the issue. And though the outcome of that war ended slavery, the North and the South never came into real union.

The discontent over this imposed solution was suppressed and housed in the body of America, giving rise to a diseased nation, at war with itself, once again seeking solution in one-sided rule.  Such is the karma of unsettled solutions, yet to be resolved into the peace of true Wisdom.

These unsolved issues—be they the equality of the sexes and races, an equitable outcome of Zionism, the divine might-makes-right of kings in imperialist acquisition, or the racist intent of Naziism that seeks its alchemical gold through the destruction of its projected shadow—have all broken through from the body of the world’s suppressed unconscious, once again begging completion, as we prepare to receive the advanced wisdom of the Aquarian age we are now physically living in.

The stupendous overarching truth of now is that human consciousness is on the cusp of a major evolutionary leap that requires a clearing of all the errors and opinions that have formed the ruling suggestions to our subconscious minds, and created our current reality. Take for instance the power of suggestion itself. Once an individual awakens to their personal power to create their physical life, the sky is the limit.

Donald Trump, a master hypnotist, astutely aware of the power of suggestion, recently offered this guidance when asked about the limits on his own global power: “Yeah, there is one thing. My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me.”

This is indeed a fundamental truth for everyone in relation to their subconscious mind. The suggestions to the subconscious mind are all powerful. Mother subconscious will produce in matter that which is suggested to her. The question, as Donald Trump points out, is the state of one’s morality. Is it based on the wisdom of truth, or the error of opinion? Either way, those suggestions will be manifested.

The unsolved matters of prior times, currently living through us, cannot find peace until we face them squarely and submit to the truth of Wisdom. We cannot revert to old defenses or old beliefs. These unsolved matters demand truthful resolution before we can evolve.

Resolution requires that we suspend the judgment of blame. Full acceptance, of what was and what is, is the precursor to a morality that will produce suggestions to materialize our creative potential for the greater good of all.

Inwardly, we must face the isms that have ruled our sense of self and our sense of the world. Inwardly, we must ask: Is our morality narcissistically dominated by the desire of ego for its own aggrandizement, or is it serving the wisdom of what is truly right? Inwardly, we must free our beliefs from internalized false opinions about ourselves based upon the thoughts and actions of others.

I close with this matter, the guidance and support of Lady Wisdom from Proverbs 3:16-18:

“Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.
Her ways are ways of pleasantness and all her paths are peace.
 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.”

Chuck’s Place: Temper The Invasion Of Spirit

In the Age of Aquarius…

The wholistic movement of a herd of cows as they graze throughout the day is a clear display of interdependent unity. This positive side of the herd instinct is countered by the dangers of a group mind where the impulse of one member can become a contagion of lethal proportion. This was on tragic display in Memphis, with the brutal killing of Tyre Nichols.

We are solidly in the Age of Aquarius whose salient impulse is the herd instinct. At its highest level, this collective concern for all of the human race is the evolutionary path we will be on for the next 1000 years, as we wend our way through the Age of Aquarius. That collective intent will deliver our future world to solid footing, eventually.

Social media and political parties throughout the world have settled into large herds with lowered consciousness. These independent groups react with lightning speed, bereft of deep reflection and morality, which frequently eventuates in impulsive, aggressive, and, at times, lethal consequences.

Aquarius is an air sign whose spirit rises above the Earth on the mental plane. Its capacity for rational, civilized thinking to address the true needs of the whole is its modus operandi. The compensatory depths of the Earth, which harbor the deeply irrational forces of nature, which are part of our wholeness, may be devalued or completely underestimated from this view from above.

WWI and WWII were major eruptions of the irrational dimension of human nature, as science and technology jettisoned to become the superior function of humankind, supplanting God and religion, which once offered reconciliation for the rational and irrational sides of the psyche. War is the compensation when spirit negates the fullness of nature.

The war in Ukraine is actually WWIII being played out, with tenuous balance, by all the major powers in the world attempting to prevent its contagion beyond its local borders. Nonetheless, the irrational is bursting through all over the world in mass shootings and in conflicts in intimate family relationships. Though everyone must be accountable for their behavior, let us not be naive as to the power of the unconscious to take possession of ego sovereignty.

Channelings from Judge Hatch, Letters from The Afterlife, and Jeanne, through Jan and archived here on our website, have assured us that the Earth, though vastly changed, will endure and evolve beyond the next millennium.

Thus, we can trust in the ultimate success of our Aquarian ideal. However, we must face the likelihood that the next few centuries will be dominated by conflict. Our challenge is one of patience, a call to courage, and a reconciliation with the multi-dimensions of who we truly are, spirit in all of its many forms.

The Greek gods on Mount Olympus demonstrated the law that the gods must be propitiated, or else. Even the one God of modern Christianity has its shadow.  As individuals we can best propitiate the gods by finding them within, facing and reconciling with our own shadows.

The gods/spirits rouse us in dream, projection, thought, sensation, intuition and emotion. Listen to them, acknowledge them through interaction and action, which give expression to their messages. Stay true to the ideals they espouse, in alignment with our true potential as individuals and as a collective whole, despite the limitations of the real in everyday life. At all costs, keep ego deeply grounded in the truth of these numinous encounters and the truths they reveal, lest it get swept away in a contagion of volatile energy.

Don’t get ruffled. It’s our destiny, but approach it practically by practicing discipline in all things. Get into balance with all spirits, positive and negative, to balance wholeness and forestall the invasion of too much spirit of the wrong kind. Stay in the commonsense of the heart; think with the heart not the head.

Reconciliation with spirit requires ego to be at its scientific best, as it journeys to discover and reconcile with the depths of its fuller spirit self. First and foremost, steady the breath, calm the central nervous system, and acquiesce to the true journey of your own lifetime.

At the dawning of every new age there is chaos and turmoil, there is darkness and even despair, and yet there is always light showing the way. Focus on the light. Though it may be far in the distance, hone in on it and draw yourself forward towards its tiny pinpoint in the distance. That tiny light is what you seek, the time of coming out of the darkness, the time when all will be different. Make the journey through the darkness an experience as rich as what you hope for when you reach the light. Savor its riches, for indeed it is the greatest time in any lifetime, the dark holding far more riches than imaginable. It is a time of learning about the powers within the self, about the mirror of light within the self reflecting outside of the self in that pinpoint of light in the darkness, for it is you that has placed that light in the distance. It is you that makes the journey. You are the journeyer, the journey, and the journey’s end too. You are all that you experience. You are the creator and the created, the light and the dark, the pain and the joy of this journey to the new age you seek. Keep going toward the light. Let the journey unfold. You’ve already dreamed it; you’re just remembering now.
