Start the day with a call out to Spirit to guide and protect you, to watch over you and keep you safe, even as you dare yourself to be bold and adventurous. Spirit hears every call, even those made halfheartedly and with little belief or trust. Over time, when you notice how well each day has gone, trust in Spirit begins to grow. With trust there comes deeper desire for connection and guidance, and a deeper personal attachment grows naturally. Ask and your wish will be granted, in some way. Start today by giving Spirit a chance and see what happens.

It’s so easy to accept what nature brings each day; a sunny day, a rainy day, a snowy day, a stormy day. Why then is it so hard to accept what spirit brings? Both are natural occurrences, both in alignment with the greater wholeness of all that is. When spirit comes knocking it’s often hard to accept that we are being chosen to advance ourselves in some profound way, being asked to break ranks with something that no longer serves us, to accept that life has changed and will never be the same. When difficult times arrive, when spirit comes knocking, turn to memories of nature’s previous challenges and remember how things eventually returned to a new sense of normal, how the unnatural showed its new qualities were just as grand as what once was our standard. Things change, and that’s natural.

Strong intentions or mantras repeated numerous times throughout the day, like prayers, have a profound effect upon the human body, mind and spirit. Healings take place, shifts occur, and magic happens. Don’t be afraid to implement such practices. Don’t be afraid of change. There is only good to come of it all, especially the unexpected, the unimagined, the unforeseen good that is perfect for you. Trust yourself, your ability to enact change, and trust the Universe as it supports and guides you. Expect good and good will come.

You can’t hold back progress, growth or evolution, just as you can’t hold back a raging river overflowing its banks. Prepare for change as you prepare for each day, knowing that nothing stays the same, but prepare with intent, expectation, vitality and energy. Prepare with your words, your thoughts and your prayers directed toward change that is good, prosperous and generous for all.

Remain in a positive frame of mind. The power of your own thinking is undeniable. You prove this to yourself every day in every thought you have, how it makes you feel and how it affects your mood and thus your environment. Become the agent of change that you desire to see in the world around you by becoming that agent of change. Begin with your own thinking. Study how your mind wanders so that you get to experience its rapid decline into doom and gloom. Take control by filling it with positive words, and then watch what happens. You will be amazed!
