It’s not that hard to say a kind word, to offer a helping hand, to let someone know you care. Small acts of loving kindness soon develop into loving energy that permeates all and everything, even you. Practice love in everything you do and love will find you an energetically compatible vessel in return.

Let not disputes of the world destroy the loving heart. Keep the heart always open, knowing that the world is in a changing phase and all that now dominates life will soon pass. Everything changes. In the meantime, remain heart-centered and loving, for even in the best of times that is the best way to be. With heart-centered loving there is no dispute, there is only loving kindness, and with loving kindness all will be well.

Remain contained and resolve inner issues within the self rather than project them onto others. It’s not enough to say you understand something when you really don’t, so take it inward and ponder it until you do understand it at a deeper level. When you assume without deeper contemplation you make the mistake of taking on another’s ideas. Better to avoid conflict by deeper contemplation within the Self, for the Self knows everything. You just have to go to the Inner Self to discover this.

It’s unfortunate when kindness is not practiced, when compassion is left out of human interactions, when love is given short shrift. These three things are, however, what the future must look like: kind, compassionate and loving. Things are already looking pretty bleak. Best to start practicing now. Practice kindness and compassion, and be loving in all you do and you’ll begin to notice just how important an impact you make, one life at a time, and your own will benefit as well.

To do what’s right for the self may be one thing but to do right by others another. When making decisions that involve others, weigh all sides and take the self out of the mix, for in such a case the desires of the self are not as important as the needs of the whole. Politicians have unfortunately forgotten this and thus the world is headed in a direction of calamity for most inhabitants. Avoid this mistake in your personal life by staying attuned to the needs of the whole so that all may benefit, including the self in the long run.
