Tune into your intuition. Learn to trust it as you also learn how it works to protect you, guide you, and show you the way. Tune into it by asking your mind to quiet and your heart to speak. Get to know it by what voice it uses or what signs and symbols are its favorites. Test it out by asking it to show you something, and see what happens. Often intuition is all you have to go on, so getting to know how it works in your personal life is a good idea. Trust will build over time, if you let it.

Care of the spirit is just as important as care of the body. When one is in good shape the other is usually in good shape too, but too often thoughts interfere and interrupt the natural flow of energy and communication between the two. With body and spirit in synch there is no glitch too wide, no disturbance too big that communication fails. Allow the natural bridge between the two to be as small as possible so that one always knows what the other is doing and so that health and vitality, flexibility and good peace prevail.

Right mind, right thought and right action are the building blocks of a changing world that moves in a positive direction, for right implies, for the greater good of all. When only individual desires, needs and wants are considered right does not find a home. Consider the greater good of all to be the cornerstone of a world intention that asks for progress that takes things into the light rather than the dark. Everyone has the opportunity to choose, to make a choice each day that is right for all. There are times in the history of human evolution when the only right choice is the greater good of all.

Take a moment to stop and look at the sky, at its infinite presence, day or night. Take in its vastness, and with a deep breath feel your own connection to it. The stars above once meant so much more than just twinkling lights, and the darkness held stories and drama, and the activities of the sun and moon held deep meaning. Take all of that in as you look at the sky, and remember that you are a part of it all, that your story is connected to all those stories of old, and remember that the magic is still there to be tapped into, if you dare.
