Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.

We hope these Soulbytes offer helpful guidance, but we also encourage all of our readers to feel the energy of each day themselves and to make responsible choices and decisions.

Have patience as you make your way forward on your journey of change, as you weather through your inner process, as you encounter your demons and your stalemates that refuse to comply with your wishes for change, that refuse to budge. Not all parts of the self may wish for change, but it’s your job to convince them that your intentions are for your greater good. And so, be patient but firm, kind but encouraging, loving and compassionate, but refuse complacency as you bring all parts of yourself into alignment and head straight for your goal. Patiently, take your next step. You won’t regret it!

Return to center. Restate your intent and restart from where you are now, further along on your changing journey and yet apt to forget or to stray from what you have set out to do. Check into your heart center and revisit your original resolutions and intentions for changing the self. Each day is a new day, as important and impactful as the first day of a New Year. Indeed, each day deserves your very best. It’s never too late to start off anew. Happy New Day!

When things don’t work out as expected, when life says, “no, not that way,” but shows another path, it is the spirit’s call to accept and to move on without regret knowing that something else is in store far more important, far more decisively right for this moment in time. It is the spirit’s call to answer this call for adjustment from life and to walk this new path with heart, as equally committed and with an equal amount of thanks and gratitude, accepting that it is indeed the right path for now, knowing that life does not offer something that the spirit is not ready to handle.

The sun rises on a new day and though each day may appear to be much like the one that came before it, each day is as different as night and day, with different energies, different opportunities, and different possibilities and outcomes. Thus nothing is ever exactly the same, nothing is ever predictable, especially if you are aware of even the subtlest of differences and changes. Allow for the magic of each new day to guide you, speak to you, and show you where to go. Let yourself be part of its energy of newness and change. Show up. Be present. Be open. That’s really all you need to do. Just be there.
