In these volatile times we must prepare ourselves to be ready for anything. Things can change in an instant, for better or for worse. What matters is that we are ready.
Today, Jeanne suggests that we prepare ourselves in an energetically intentional way, by accepting that change is natural and by getting in alignment with that, always prepared for anything, just as a way of life. In that way nothing will ever overwhelm us.
