While waiting patiently prepare yourself for receiving, for the outcome of your intent is sure to find you if you are open and receptive. Patient waiting is not sitting and doing nothing. It is a highly active state of heart centered calm intent and trusting preparation, as if that which you intend has already happened. Get ready.

Have patience. During times of patient waiting it may seem as if nothing is happening to further things along but rest assured, behind the scenes there is much that is being done. Things are aligning, getting right, being set so that in an instant it may appear that everything changes. Remain patient, knowing that all is being done that can be done and that even mountains can be moved if everything is done right. Help is on the way. Rest assured of that, but remain calm in the interim, for your own energy is vitally important for a rapid and smooth transition when the time of patient waiting is over and the good energy will flow again.

Patient waiting calls for detachment from outer events so that when the time of renewal comes all is calm and energetically prepared for an easy birth. New life is naturally preceded by a state of inner silence. Like the seed that eventually bears flowers and fruit, first it must sit calmly in its casing and wait for each stage of emergence. So is it necessary in the lives of the human being to take into account that there will be such times of patient waiting preceding all new stages of growth. Wait patiently in heart-centered knowing that indeed times are always changing, that new life is making headway, and beauty is sure to come again.

Practice patience. Learn the art of patient waiting. Learn to sit quietly, in contemplation, until you find the sweet spot within, the place of no attachment, where you are in perfect harmony, within and without. In perfect harmony all is right with the world, all is well with you, and access to all you need is right there. In quiet harmony learn that you are but a moment in time, a spark of energy. Make your moment count. Take advantage of the time you have. Learn to live to the fullest, for there is no time to waste. These are the lessons of sitting in quiet harmony, for patience knows how to be still and calm and also how to act decisively when the time is right, for there is always more to do, more to learn, more of life to live. Make each moment matter.

Don’t jump the gun. Practice patience throughout the day. Hold back what seeks to burst out of you until you are sure it is right. Sometimes a moment’s pause is all that is needed to thwart a lifetime of pain. Sometimes a few extra breaths are the answer to a moment of panic or anxiety. Sometimes just sitting still is the best solution to an urge to get up and run. In quiet patient waiting, things become clearer, things change, and a new perspective has the opportunity to reveal itself. Take a moment. Breathe. And then breathe again. Then decide a course of action. In patient waiting, let your heart decide.
