Soulbyte for Monday November 25, 2019

Lead a simple and modest life, uncomplicated by too much, by overdoing, by greed or need, or constant desires that do not fit the life you are in. With simplicity comes a certain kind of fulfillment that must be experienced. In simplifying life, without denying and without neglecting all that you are and need, find solace, gratitude, and caring that rise far above a life filled with too much of everything. Explore simplicity and what that might mean for you so that your life may be calm and uncomplicated and yet fulfilling and satisfying. In its own way, simplicity means abundance.

Sending you love,

Moderation and balance are necessary. Their opposites, excess and imbalance, result in chaos, illness, and loss. Allow limitation into your life, in all areas, in order to achieve moderation and balance and so that chaos, illness, and loss may reduce, and so that your own negative impact upon your body and your life may be limited and balance maintained. In so doing, your negative impact upon the planet will reduce as well, for it is time for all humans to think beyond themselves, for there are other humans and other living creatures that are impacted by how the human being lives. All must take responsibility by doing their part to save the planet. Keep moderation and balance in your mind and in your actions, at all times. Limit yourself and limit your negative impact upon the planet and upon all other living beings. For this reason alone, limitation is good. Act personally and you also act globally.

You know your demons so well, but what about your angels? Have you forgotten about them? What about your goodness? What about your loveliness? What about your helpers? Have you forgotten about all that? Your demons may rule, but your angels have their own powers and promises, and their own agendas. Pay more attention to your angels. While you have been busy playing with your demons, your angels have been waiting patiently for you to remember them. They are your other side; the light, the magic, the dreams inside you. While you so easily accept the gifts of your demons, you’ve missed all the gifts your angels have held out to you. Seek a little more balance between the two, because they are both actually equally necessary in human life. Not too much of either, but a good balance will keep you happy, healthy, holy, and wise. Seek moderation, even when it comes to your demons and your angels!

Maintain balance within and without. Neither too much nor too little. Neither excess nor restriction but a happy median where all is acceptable and allowed experience, in moderation. In balance one finds one’s center, the place of calmness and peace, the center of giving and receiving, the place of equanimity, where without need or desire all things are given life. Even when it’s time to party, party with exuberant moderation. Even when it’s time to give, give with generous moderation. Even when it’s time to mourn, mourn with soulful moderation, knowing that all things change, and that life itself calls for change if it is to evolve. Take the first steps to your own evolution by instigating the idea that moderation is the key to gaining balance. It’s up to you to take that first step that will soon lead to a balance of lively happiness and calm peacefulness, within and without. It all begins with you. Show the rest of the world how it’s done. As within, so without.

Moderation brings stability, stability brings peace. When all seems hopeless and impossible, turn inward and get into a new alignment that will set you upon a new path to moderation in all things. Find thus balance and calmness, knowing that all will be well when you are in charge, when you have mastered that which challenges and imposes upon you, that which circumnavigates the real issues and leaves you feeling dizzy and hopeless, spinning out of control while you watch life’s possibilities passing you by. Turn inward and grab ahold of yourself in a new way and with gentle modulation tell it like it is—be honest—and then decide a new plan of moderation in all things. Before you know it inner moderation will lead to a new inner stability and that new inner stability will lead to inner peace. Begin now and achieve stable peace now too.
