When the body suffers look to Spirit for answers. Are you doing too much? Giving too much? Asking too much? Who takes care of you? Sometimes something is wrong in the body because you’ve been ignoring it. Other times there is a need for your Spirit to get your attention, to wake you up and remind you of your mission. What is your mission? You will find that in your everyday life, among the glories and mundanities of daily living. It’s usually very simple, like a call to be compassionate, grateful, or forgiving. Find your mission in life and you will find your Self.
Strive for balance in all you do so that your energy remains viable, your mind focused, and your body in good health. It’s so easy to overdo in so many ways, yet it takes discipline to chart a new path that involves maintaining balance of body, mind and spirit, especially in a world so full of troubles, illness, and chaos of all kinds. Remember your main goals: to connect with your spirit self more often, to learn what life is all about, and to journey onward toward wholeness. Such focus alone gives you the starting point to form the discipline you need. Keep a compassionate and loving heart and your journey will be much easier as well.
Participate in life as much as possible, but at the same time do so appropriately so that your energy is not depleted, stressed or neglected. Take care of yourself, even as you must care for others, for you are important to yourself in the life you are in, sent to fulfill whatever you are destined to fulfill by the challenges and encounters you have during your lifetime. Your spirit asks a lot of you, but it is for your own benefit and evolution. So don’t neglect yourself, even as you seek to live life to the fullest. Seek balance in all you do.
What is time but the slow unfolding of events in life upon the Earth, for time does not exist as you know it in the spiritual realm. Time is a gift that is given to you to work out your spirit’s intent. Each day is another opportunity to figure it out, to find the meaning in your life and to find your spirit’s purpose for the life you are in. Set about using your time today with the intention of asking your spirit to guide you, to show you what it so longs for, for it too longs for something you have not yet found.
Change is inevitable; it happens. Even when you are unaware of it, doing your habitual routine, change is underway. Little by little, one day and one step at a time things are changing. To become conscious of change and to participate in a thoughtful, wise manner is to partake in your own evolution, as well as that of the planet. To make important decisions that support positive change is the ultimate participation in the inevitable. To have experience of what change means and how it impacts is partaking in your own destiny. Consciously be the changing being you already are, and with awareness turn your journey into one of learning, enlightenment and positive, meaningful outcome. It really is all in your hands. Be your own change maker.
