Remain aware that life’s ups and downs are natural occurrences on a life’s journey. Keep things in perspective as you remind yourself to take life one step and one day at a time, for in the context of a whole journey though each moment counts, in the long run they all have equal value and no moment is really better or worse than another, for they are all teaching moments.

Whatever happens remain accountable for the self, and without blame carry on. No matter the trials that land on your doorstep, keep yourself in a state of constant awareness that you are on a journey through the density of life on Earth for purposes of growth and learning. Everything changes, as it will. That’s not the real challenge; the real challenge is how you react to those changes. Remain always heart centered and aware of your own mission, to personally evolve.

It’s never too late to change your mind, your attitude, your thoughts, your behaviors. It’s never too late to become who you really want to be. It’s never too late to change so that your life will have meaning and purpose, and so that you can truly say, I have walked my path of heart.

What lessons are you being presented with in your day to day life? Every day there is a lesson plan and it unfolds as the day goes on. What are you being shown? How are you reacting? Are you taking it seriously? Listen to your body; it teaches you too. Listen to your heart; it speaks the truth. Listen to your mind; it reveals something important, how your thoughts control you. Learn your lessons and move on, or they will be repeated, and that’s okay, but your real journey is to change and that’s what all those lessons are really about, learning how to change.
