Fear is the only real deterrent to change. Fear gets in the way of life’s unfolding. Fear leads to failure to fulfill one’s dreams. Overcome fear and see life unfold in new directions, with new experiences as of yet unimagined. You have no idea what’s in store for you. Can you face your fears and dare to see what awaits?

Find a way to break an old habit so that you start things off in a new and fresh manner. Have a steadfast morning routine? Change it, even slightly. Do better. On behalf of yourself do better. Make decisions that are aimed at maintaining your energy levels at peak performance. Utilize your knowledge to attain the best self in all ways, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. You are in charge. There is no one to blame. Find your balance, that sweet spot, and stay there by doing everything that needs to be done so that you remain there. You will know what that balance is when you get there, by how you feel, and by trial and error you will discover how to remain there. Good luck!

Have patience with yourself as you seek change. Things may not be happening as quickly as you’d like but use the time of waiting to more deeply get to know yourself so that when the time comes you are fully ready for the changes that do show up. No matter what you wish for, and how well you visualize, surprises are bound to occur. In patient waiting, prepare yourself for anything.
