As your days unfold take note of what works for you and what doesn’t. Without blame or shame simply change what you can to suit your intent to change. Take responsibility for your life, your actions, and even your thoughts, so that every day is a day of growth, change, and newness. It’s never too late to make changes that are positive and necessary. Your spirit wants to keep growing and only you can help it do so.

Notice what you say to yourself and how you say it, how negative thoughts repeatedly keep you down, how the mind spins its old yarns and keeps you stuck in old places, with old ideas of yourself. Time to break out of the old mold and free your mind, and yourself. Pay attention to your thoughts so you can stop the old and allow something else to rule. How about your spirit? It might have some things to say that you’ve never heard before. Be open to something new. Free your mind, free yourself.
