It complicates life, though it is no more than a set of ideas, impediments to freedom, to truth, and to knowing your full potential. Let bygones be bygones, memories in the dusty past, while you turn openhearted in a new direction, toward that which holds promises of love, kindness, and compassion, the greatest riches you will ever find, so simple and so free.

It’s never too late to change. Sudden and abrupt change may produce a profound and startling effect, but even the smallest and most subtle of changes will produce, over time, a beneficial effect. It’s never too late to seek the benefits of new life, new love, new adventures, new focus, new activity. In both subtle and startling ways, change may be the most productive act a person can undertake, for without taking action nothing new would ever happen and life would not evolve. With change comes new life; that is certain.

Rather than strive to go too high, seeking what is clearly out of reach, seek to stay grounded in what is. Bring to you what you seek in small ways, in small steps, in small amounts that are tenable, doable, affordable, logical, and fully graspable. In groundedness comes balance and that is, above all, what you truly seek, to remain grounded in the truth, in what your body and spirit can bear, and in what your heart knows is truly right. Too much of even a good thing is still too much.

Keep your intent pure and focused, knowing that indeed this is it, this is the right path, the way of the heart and the path of love. You will not regret it, for how can the heart regret what is so right? Whenever you ask, your heart will tell you, again and again, that love is the only answer it knows.
