A sense of injustice breeds discontent. Discontent breeds anger. Anger breeds the need to rectify. The need to rectify breeds action that may not be beneficial in the long run. A quick decision may not be the right one. When something is wrong or disturbing, consider stepping back from the first feelings that arise in order to contemplate with a blank slate of emotion. From a place of sobriety right action may make its way forward and a peaceful solution be found.

In every life a chain of events can be revealed as showing the unfolding of life. Circumstances do not suddenly appear; they are, more often than not, expected. When one looks back at how things unfolded this is seen to be true. To be aware every day of the unfolding in process is to be in alignment with life, aware of the signs and synchronicities that bring change. Become alert to your own life’s unfolding so that you are prepared for everything, at least in the intention to go with the flow rather than to be overwhelmed. Things do not happen, they unfold.

Contentment begins and ends within. It is only from within the self that any peace will come, that any sense of belonging or satisfaction will arise, for the self is the only one who can bring about what is desired. From within comes all that you seek in the world. Only the self has the answers to all the questions you ask, the resolutions to all that you confront, the answer to which direction to proceed in next. Sit calmly, go within, and wait. The answer will surely come.

Let your light shine through, the golden light within you that is your true essence. Do not be afraid to show others what you are truly made of. If more people in the world let their true, vulnerable, and innocent self shine through, they would be recognized, appreciated, and valued. Too many hide themselves, afraid to be real, but that hinders their own progress and the progress of humanity. If growth in the right direction is to happen, more heart-centered light and love must gather and become the guiding force. Join the movement and let your light shine!
