Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.

Reluctance to take the changing journey is common. Though the mind may jump at the idea of change there are often deeper reasons that keep one from fully embracing the idea of change. Forging ahead despite reluctance is often the only way to move beyond inner obstacles and blockages. Finding a steady path forward may take some time but eventually the idea of change will take hold and the way become clear. Try to embrace change with an open heart, and ask for help as you navigate uncharted territory. There is always someone ready to lend a hand.

When one persists one reduces the risk of falling into doubt, futility, frustration or lack of faith. The ability to stay on track, to continue on the path of hope and the belief in something new, comes over time, as one exercises the characteristics of a changing being. With persistence small changes happen constantly and gradually the negative intrusions fall away. Stay the course, remain on the path of change and transformation, and keep an open heart, trusting in the Divine Intelligence that wishes only the best for you, every day of your life.

Cool nights and warm days signal the change of season and the changes just beginning to form, within and without, for even without thinking changes have begun. Grab a sweater and a pair of socks where before none was needed. Notice how subtle shifts take place in the world around you; the leaves begin to change, nuts drop from the trees, fruits ripen and the scent of autumn is in the air. Subtle change happens within as well. The body’s response to cooler weather, though subtle, indicates something more to come. Acceptance of seasonal changes may come easier than acceptance of physical and emotional changes, but a mind at peace will not be thrown but instead accept it all with satisfaction in knowing that a mind at peace is a lucky mind no matter the season.
