Intend that each day be filled with positive thoughts, words and actions, that each breath you take be deep and invigorating, that each moment be rich and nourishing in some way. A positive attitude and outlook on life will bring positivity in return, for you attract what you give. Did I stay positive? Did positivity come my way?
