A Soulbyte is a spark of the infinitesimal, a portion of the endless wisdom and the magic from which we all come, to which we all innately have access, and to which we will all one day return.

Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.

We hope these Soulbytes offer helpful guidance, but we also encourage all of our readers to feel the energy of each day themselves and to make responsible choices and decisions.

Steadiness is needed now, a firm hand and firm intent if progress is to be made, if worry is to cease, and if compassion is once again to be of any use. Ground yourself in right action. Ground yourself in clear mind. Ground yourself in loving heart. Ground yourself in knowing that as you breathe and clear a path to making changes in your own life so do your changes effect the greater world. Let your grounding intentions and actions ground others around you. Be a good example of what it means to be a mature and grounded being, loving and compassionate, within and without. Take responsibility where others do not. It’s time for someone to be in charge. To begin with, in your own life, it should be you!

Soulbyte for Wednesday October 11, 2017

You may not be able to control what happens outside of you but you can control yourself in a good way. Find your way to your love and light and use it and let it use you to spread the good. Like a shiny pearl of salvation and wisdom use your love and light as a beacon on high to preserve and persevere no matter what happens in the world around you. Shine it wherever it is needed, within and without. You have the power of love and light inside you. Use it to spread the good.

Love is the universal language, the energy connecting all living organisms, the principles of which confound the most brilliant of minds, for who has not experienced the mysterious power of love in the everyday miracles that abound and surround you. For it exists in the air you breathe, in the people you meet, in the world you live in. Boundariless it flows through every plant, animal, and living thing, even in the sun upon your brow the warmth of it touches all of you. And, if you let it, it will fill you with love for yourself, the most important lesson and miracle of love, for if you can learn to love yourself you will know and understand true love, which soothes all troubles and knows only itself. You will know that love is more than something you get but something you give, something to become available to, to open to, to let embody you, so that you may powerfully love without discrimination or cause. In the end, with that love inside you, you become one with the most powerful energy of all. You become all that you truly are, a most loving being.

Soulbyte for Monday October 9, 2017

Sometimes the best medicine is to give none at all but to pull back, go inward, and meditate. Sometimes calming meditation is all you need to clear the head and soothe the body. A good dose of quiet time alone will do wonders for the human body and the human soul. During stressful times think first of calming meditation to address your woes. You can’t do any harm, and isn’t that the first consideration? Do no harm, meditate.

Even in your giving remain modest, for how can you give when you have given it all? How can you be generous when you have nothing? How can you give when you have depleted your stores, whether of goods or energy? How can you be of giving heart when your heart is exhausted? To be available to others, to help, to be giving and compassionate is well and good, but often being available, helping, and giving is exactly the worst thing to do. Support and respect the need for all to take responsibility for the self. Give responsibly when appropriate, but don’t forget to protect yourself and your energy so that in times of even greater need you have more to give. In the meantime, let gifts of loving kindness and good will be present in every breath you breathe, every thought you think, and every prayer you speak. In this way, no modesty is required.
