Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.

Use your energy wisely. Don’t overdo nor be too restrictive, but do know your limitations and stay within them. Know your personal boundaries and keep them solid.
