Don’t get too caught up in what’s happening in the world outside of you. Note it and give it deep thought, but turn your energy inward toward getting right within the self. When you are right within the self, in good balance and health and have a positive and prosperous attitude, the rest of the world around you will get right as well. Like a stone thrown into a pond, the first ripples made on the surface of the water fan out from the center that is you and eventually the whole pond will be rippling. You live in complicated times but also in times of great possibility. Keep an open heart and look always for ways to ground yourself in your body, your vehicle of transportation during your lifetime. Find time to be in nature, which can be as simple as looking up at the clouds during the day or the dark sky at night. Spend time in greenery if you have it near you; notice what grows around you, what nurtures you in nature. Assign yourself each day to a grounding practice, perhaps walking and feeling the energy of the earth beneath you, which only wants your health and well being at all times.
