Soulbyte for Friday September 21, 2018

Yes, you are worthy, of life, of all that you are, of all that you receive, of all that you desire, of all that you wish for. Don’t hold yourself back anymore, but do find a means of expression that feels right and that is in alignment with your spirit, in tune with the beat of your own heart. Feel your way to finding your rightful place in the world and accept it wholeheartedly, without feeling like you are doing something wrong. Without self-judgment, live your life to the fullest. Let the critiques of others fall by the wayside. For if your life’s journey is based on your heart in tune with your spirit’s intent, you are on the right track, and something inside you knows that and refuses to be stopped. Go for it. Let nothing stop you now. You ARE worthy.

Keep moving forward, one foot always on the go, in the direction you have chosen. Let your heart guide you through thick and thin as you decide if you are getting it right, as you seek that illusive “something,” that thing you may not even yet perceive yet yearn for. Your conscious intent to go for it, your decision to change, to have experiences in the world may be enough fuel to get you far, but consider always your heart’s intent, as well as your soul’s desire for evolution, for that is the real intent behind your life, a journey of soul evolution. But of course that’s a choice too. Do it now? Or do it later in some other lifetime? Your soul, however, is always intent upon moving you along in an evolutionary direction. It’s just waiting for you to join it. Let your heart and soul show you where to put your foot next. Perhaps you are already on the right track. Or perhaps you’ll soon be heading off in a new direction! You’ll never know if you don’t give it a try. Trust the journey. It’s your soul’s intent after all!

Soulbyte for Wednesday September 5, 2018

Don’t get so down on yourself. Learn to go with the natural flow of life, with its ups and downs, its highs and lows, its back and forths, with the way you feel one day and the way you feel the next. It’s the natural movement of life and rather than fight to maintain a sameness from day to day, or to avoid what will surely come, get in the flow of it all and see what happens. Rather than trying to control life, allow it to come to you in its true state. Accept it and let it take you forward without resistance or regret. You can’t really control it or keep it contained or consistent, so learn to go with the flow and enjoy every moment of it, no matter what comes. That’s real life!

Soulbyte for Thursday August 23, 2018

Hold firm to your intent even as you grapple with that which comes to dissuade you, to pull you off course, to conquer you once again. Stay convinced of your own goodness and your intent to change. Take a firm grip of the line you have thrown out to your future self and pull yourself along it, one step and one day at a time. You can do it. Hold firm and carry on towing the line. Eventually you will arrive at the other end and realize that this journey too has transformed you and that you did it, that even the long and circuitous journey could not thwart your intent to change. Hold firm to your intent and carry on. You are worth it!

Soulbyte for Wednesday August 22, 2018

All will be well. As things continue to shift, and as you make the changes that are now necessary in your life, project ahead to a time when all will be well. Imagine what that will look like and know that indeed all will be well. Use this mantra to anchor in your heart’s intent and knowing that you are on the path to change and that as you progress, one step at a time, each day is part of the journey and that on this day too all will be well. You’re all set, for all is as it should be for this day’s journey. All will be well today. All will be well.
