Save your energy for what’s right. Rather than doing too much that doesn’t serve you, do only what conserves and at the same time utilizes your energy so that you are neither depleted nor overloaded. When you think about taking care of yourself, check in with your energy and decide what is the best use of it. Energy implies not only how much you have but what your spirit needs, what your inner you needs, and what your physical you needs too. Check in with the whole self often throughout the day to see how you are doing.

Take full responsibility for yourself just as you let others take responsibility for themselves, for there is no greater challenge and joy than to journey through life knowing that you are in charge of your own life. Each of you must work on your personal karma. Some times this means going your own way. Other times it means sharing life with others. Often it means taking over when others are done, at maturity, so that your proper evolution, individuation, and bliss of life may occur. Be kind to yourself as you venture further along on your journey of evolution, and allow that it is okay to change your mind, to change your direction, and to change your heart.

So there is no one to blame for anything, no one to charge with taking care of you, except you. Fully own your life and yourself for the evolutionary being you truly are and take your life to a new and joyous level each and every day.

Far more will happen before a dramatic shift occurs and all that will follow will be as never before. It is inevitable and yet it is also desirable on so many levels of life. Prepare the self for changes within as well as without, for each individual is part of the whole and thus will be effected and changed as well.

Incremental though day to day changes are they reflect a bigger pattern and a grander plan, that of evolution. So is it with you; each day is part of the pattern of your life but also the greater plan of your evolution. You are not alone, everything is following the same pattern and the same plan.
