Do not be afraid to fully be the Self, in all aspects, within and without. Too many people hold back parts of themselves, refusing to fully let them live. In so doing they suffer, in one way or another. Don’t be afraid to express the creative self, the curious self, the innocent self, the spiritual self, the confident self, the joyful self. Any part that does not have the opportunity to live will seek an outlet somehow, somewhere, which may result in painful situations, mysterious ailments, unknown problems and unresolved emotions. Try to find ways to allow the self new outlets of expression that are healthy, nurturing and good for the whole Self.
