Despite what your eyes see and your ears hear about the state of the world around you, keep your focus on the positive, within and without. The more positivity there is in the world the more the negative will recede. The more you are reminded of the magical powers of your own spirit and your own mind the better off you will be. A positive attitude is responsible for great healing, great change, and great progress in the direction of the good. Be a part of the change that is worth working toward. Keep a positive outlook, speak positive words, and, most of all, stay open to receiving and giving the goodness of heart centered positivity.

Reluctance to take the changing journey is common. Though the mind may jump at the idea of change there are often deeper reasons that keep one from fully embracing the idea of change. Forging ahead despite reluctance is often the only way to move beyond inner obstacles and blockages. Finding a steady path forward may take some time but eventually the idea of change will take hold and the way become clear. Try to embrace change with an open heart, and ask for help as you navigate uncharted territory. There is always someone ready to lend a hand.

Radical change can happen at any moment in life. Things happen that catapult you forward, either by chance or by determination. Notice how nature reflects such abrupt change. A hot day may be interrupted by a violent thunderstorm that causes great disruption, but eventually the storm passes and things return to normal. But are they? When a great change comes things are changed forever. So is it within the self. Acknowledge how change affects you rather than hide it. Acknowledge it and let it take affect. Let it actually do its good work on you. And, as you step out into a new day, let the good work of change shine through you, in your attitude, in your gratitude, and in the way you choose what to do next.
