What have you manifested lately? And why? Have you manifested something good for yourself or something bad? Good thoughts manifest good while bad thoughts manifest bad. What you tell yourself actually does manifest, good or bad. Think about it. Pretty soon you’ll notice that what you’ve been telling yourself has come true. Tired of the old thoughts about yourself? Time for something new? You have the power to change things in your life by changing your thoughts, your ideas, your words, your attitude about yourself. Why not? You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Manifest something good for yourself. Think Positive!

Change happens naturally…

Today’s audio channeled message offers some good advice on how to shift ourselves into a more positive place. A shift in attitude, a change of heart, an understanding of the natural laws of nature may be all we need to set ourselves on a new path of attracting what we want. Why not try it?

Have a wonderful week!

After all the giving comes retreat, pulling inward, taking time for rejuvenation. After expansion naturally comes a time of retraction. It is only in taking care of the self properly that you will have energy to give again when the time comes. Constant giving with no self care leads to exhaustion and resentment. Keep your loving heart open, flowing and glowing, but turn inward to care of the self now. Do whatever is needed in whatever way is right for you. There are no rules except the natural rules of constant change and evolution. After a time of giving to others it’s time to give to the self. It’s only natural.

Conflict resolution often requires compromise. Conflict within the self will also remain steadfastly damaging if compromise is not reached. Compromise entails being able to see things from different perspectives, to step out of the self and observe the self from afar, to let go of that which the mind has decided must be. For conflict is in the mind, an idea so mentally implanted as to create a deadlock within the self and then one is a slave to it. Freedom from such slavery comes in emptying the mind of its ideas and starting fresh. Today is a good day to do just that. Don’t waste another moment of your life; release your mind from its mental war and for one day let peace reign. You will discover how wonderful a peaceful mind can be!
