Soulbyte for Monday March 19, 2018

Face yourself. Turn to your heart and ask it to guide you. Turn to your mind and ask it to remind you. Turn to your body and ask it to abide you. Turn to your spirit and ask it to provide you. All that you need you already are. Look to yourself in your wholeness and gently and kindly accept who you are now. And then set out to become who you have not yet become, the one you dream of, the one you know you truly are. Remember, everything is possible, even this seemingly impossible you!

Notice when you are about to tell a lie, to yourself or to another person, when you are about to say something that is just not true. Stop and question yourself as to your motives. Are you trying to hide something? Is lying automatic? Do you do it all the time without thinking? What part of you lies? Your inflated ego? Your wounded child? The part of yourself that feels unworthy? When you feel a lie coming on, stop yourself. Reverse yourself and correct your lie. Speak only the truth now, for this is no time for lying. It only makes matters worse. Get on the straight and narrow path of truth where all is already laid out. You know what that means, though it might mean you have to take responsibility for yourself in a new way. Just do it because the truth is right and what’s right may be painful but ultimately it’s what leads you to salvation, healing, and a better life. Stick with what’s right and speak the truth at all times. Let truth be your guide.

Soulbyte for Thursday March 15, 2018

Displaced feelings manifest in the physical body making you angry, hungry, depressed, negative, unhappy, discontented, stiff and unyielding. Any number of other symptoms may appear as well. Emotional health is just as important as mental and physical health. Getting emotionally healthy will lead to spiritual contentment, the overarching rainbow of contentment in life. Know your body. Know yourself. To achieve a more balanced life under the rainbow of your own contentment, seek inner guidance to confront and resolve your emotional grievances that may go back years, even to childhood. Your own rainbow of contentment and happiness matters, for a happier and more contented you makes for a happier and more contented world. As within, so without.

Soulbyte for Wednesday March 14, 2018

Set limits and stay below them. Set goals and go beyond them. Feed your body less. Give your soul more. Starve your worry and your fear. Nurture your creativity and your spirituality. In this manner find a new balance within and without, a new calmness where body, mind, and spirit are adjusted to each other in a new way, letting that which is most important lead the way. Leave the excesses of the world behind as you turn inward now to the world of your inner self. As you give the outer world a rest, your body, your mind, and your spirit will thank you and your heart will be at peace. Soon you will notice that the world outside of you has adjusted and achieved a new balance too. As within, so without.

Have you strayed from your intent to change? You have the inner strength; that is not in doubt. But do you have the conviction to take up the task of really changing? Are you ready for the challenges that changing presents? Reset your intent. Establish your limitations and boundaries. Ground and protect yourself, and then begin anew. It’s quite a journey and one not to be missed! It’s never too late to take that first step!
