Use your energy wisely. Don’t overdo nor be too restrictive, but do know your limitations and stay within them. Know your personal boundaries and keep them solid. Know the extent of your giving and give only what you can safely part with. Know your heart’s intent and follow it to your heart’s content, for in the end it is that which will get you to a new level of loving and living. Keep your heart humming.
