When in need call out for help and help will come in some form. But even so, it is up to each one of you to do with that help what you will. It is always your choice that matters most. All the help in the world will do you know good if you continually refuse to accept it, to utilize it, to take it inward and use it to your own advantage. You are in charge and what matters most is how you choose to live, where you choose to focus your energy, and where you find meaning and purpose.

Let not your sorrows stop you in your tracks, binding you to an old self, leaving you floundering. Parse out from memories the hidden jewels of truth and carry them forward into your future, knowing that life has not stagnated in the past, but that you have learned and matured with it. Every memory holds its glitter, its bead of learning. Without regret, but only with thanks, let memories teach you that you are but a student of life, learning every day what it means to experience it and learn from it in all the ways it teaches. With gratefulness for a beautiful passage thus far, move forward one day and one step at a time.

Suspend judgment. And yet hold the self accountable and responsible so that all that you do is honed to perfection, so that you take full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and events in your life. Hone your energy to accept that it is your life, that you are in charge, and that everything is meaningful. In this manner, learn to sculpt a life of meaning, purpose, and intent. Your direction is always toward the impossible possible, the evolution of your wholeness, which is both harder and easier that you can imagine. Just be impeccable in everything you do.
