A day of rest has surely been earned. A day of respite from the world and its troubles is surely warranted. Take some time today to give yourself a little quiet time. Step back from the chaos and the hustle of life and just breathe for a few minutes, with kind thoughts in your mind, with love in your heart, with calmness in your body. A few moments of quiet will do you a whole world of good.

Many people are feeling stressed out right now. There is so much going on in the world to worry about, to be anxious about and to wonder about. What will happen in the future? What will the earth be like? Will we still have fresh air and fresh water? Will we be safe? Practice your calm breathing and remind yourself to stay in the present, in this moment. Remember that the only thing that really matters is right now, this moment and this day. Find your equilibrium within your strong self, the part of you that you have been nurturing and supporting for so long now, preparing to be the best you can be. Perhaps this is the time to allow what you have kept inside you for so long to emerge now and participate more in life. Perhaps it’s time for the real you to step out into the world and take command. That person is well prepared for anything. That person is well on the way to becoming their true self, and that’s what really matters.

Some days are more infused with sadness than others, especially to those who have lost loved ones. But keep in mind that those who you consider to be gone from your world are alive in another, greater world, a world that encompasses your world and many others as well. Those who have gone on ahead of you are simply in another form, in another realm of existence. It’s not your world, but if you think of that person’s spirit as eternal, then you may be able to envision them in spirit form, alive in a world of spirit form as well. There are many mysteries about life and the afterlife that will only be revealed as you are ready to receive. Until you are more fully ready, keep your heart and mind open so that you are ready to accept what does come to guide you and enhance your understanding. Everyone will receive the guidance they are ready for. And it will come in ways that are unique and particularly honed so that there is no misunderstanding.

Don’t get too charmed by the seemingly good side of a known negative entity. Don’t be fooled. Yes, people can change, but as you well know it does not happen overnight! Instead of focusing on what someone else is doing, focus instead on how you are doing. Have you centered and grounded yourself today? Have you said your inner mantras for prosperity and goodness in the world? Have you sent out a simple prayer for peace and unity? Have you aligned with kindness, goodness, and love for all? When something appears to be too good to be true, it usually is. We know that is an oft-repeated saying in your world, but it really is a good one! Pay particular attention today to what your heart is trying to tell you. It is there that the truth will be found.

As you begin each day find first your balance within the self. Find your equilibrium in your own quiet way. It will be different for everyone. You may need a few moments to yourself. You may need to be in the bustle of life, the cacophony of life, to know your true place. Or you may need to be in utter calmness and quiet to feel who you truly are. It doesn’t matter the technique you use to find your center. It doesn’t matter how someone else finds theirs. What matters is that you take the time to get there, that you give yourself permission each day to begin from a place of balance, groundedness, and heart-centered love. Make this centering of self a daily habit. It only takes a few seconds, a few breaths, a few centering mantras, or a small prayer for a good day ahead.

All our love,
The Soul Sisters, Jan & Jeanne
