It’s never too late to change your mind, your attitude, your thoughts, your behaviors. It’s never too late to become who you really want to be. It’s never too late to change so that your life will have meaning and purpose, and so that you can truly say, I have walked my path of heart.

What lessons are you being presented with in your day to day life? Every day there is a lesson plan and it unfolds as the day goes on. What are you being shown? How are you reacting? Are you taking it seriously? Listen to your body; it teaches you too. Listen to your heart; it speaks the truth. Listen to your mind; it reveals something important, how your thoughts control you. Learn your lessons and move on, or they will be repeated, and that’s okay, but your real journey is to change and that’s what all those lessons are really about, learning how to change.

All human beings are on the same journey of experience in human form upon Planet Earth, learning about and having the human experience. Part spirit and part flesh, now is the time of learning. Discovering this truth is the beginning of advancement. Know the self as this being already full of intent to learn and grow. Catch up to what the real purpose of life is as you know yourself as one of many, with the same intent, and become aware of life’s true meaning, to learn as much as possible about your dual self in Earth School.

Remind yourself often that you are a spiritual being, just as you are a physical being, and that as such you have access to so much more than what you see and touch, smell and hear. There is a whole other world that you have connection with, a world beyond the mundane. Connect with and learn more about how this other world works, for it is your true home, for life in the physical is but temporary, a place and time of learning. Learn as much as you can, but stay reminded always of your spiritual self too, the true and unusual self who seeks your attention and your connection every day. Nurture and grow accustomed to this other self so that it may guide you through your time of learning. Ask for its help and you will not be disappointed.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. Have compassion for yourself as you make your way through Earth School, for the journey your are on and the trials and tribulations you must face. Learning to be a compassionate and loving being involves being loving and compassionate in all situations and toward all beings but especially toward the self, perhaps the most difficult and advanced lesson of all in Earth School. If you can achieve this state you will have indeed come far. Prove to yourself how worthy you are of loving compassion by going inward and doing the work of the inner self, for it is there you will find what you need to advance, for everything lies within.
