Find your place in the world by first finding your place within yourself; within your body that walks the Earth, within your mind that inhabits your body, and within your spirit that encompasses all that is you. In body, mind and spirit find your grounding so that each day you anchor a bit more in the you that is fully awake, present and ready for adventure. Like a plant growing in the woods, allow yourself to grow too, nurtured by the experience of what life brings. Each day ask for the help and guidance of nature and the offerings of the universe to ground you and teach you. In this manner find your place in the world you inhabit, in the body that you are and in the spirit that encompasses you.

Reset yourself throughout the day to remembering that you are more than your thoughts. You are more than the person you see in the mirror. You are more than the voice that speaks from your mouth. Reset your spirit self, acknowledging this eternal self who accompanies you throughout life, always has and always will. Anchor more frequently in memories of this spirit self who knows and loves you deeply, who wishes only for you to be fulfilled. Accept that this is your true self and you will be more than well on your way to fulfillment.

Own your life, the unfolding of it, the wonder of it, the horror of it, the mundanity of it, the beauty of it, the sadness of it, the joy of it. Every aspect of life is meaningful, teaching you the lessons you need to learn, leading you onward to another lesson, for as long as you need them. At any age look back in wonder, for all lives have had profound moments and all lives have been a trial. Lessons abound. Then look forward again and keep going, for there is more wonder to come if you look at the unfolding of life with an eye that is open, expectant, aware, and always looking for the meaning and the wonder of it all.

Your own choices do matter. So get right within yourself and you will get everything else right as well. As within, so without.

Do not part ways with your spirit, with the part of you that holds you close and dear, that wants you to grow and evolve. When you forget this part of yourself it wonders why you are so hard on yourself, and why you’ve forgotten that this is your real self. It seeks always to guide you and help you, even when you don’t notice or don’t care. To stay connected, keep your heart open. For that is where you will find your spirit connection, in your openheartedness, in the goodness and friendliness of your heart, where every one and every thing is acceptable, without judgment, including you!
