Be an energy miser so that you have the energy to do what needs to be done and so that you have enough to sustain you for the long haul. Work hard, play well, rest enough, and support your system, body and soul, with what it needs to thrive. At the same time, monitor how your body and soul feel in different situations, how they react energetically. Learn how much energy you need to accomplish certain tasks, and maintain more than enough so that you are always ready and prepared with all you need. If your energy is kept honed and in tiptop shape you will have what you need for a balanced and productive life. The point is, take good care of yourself in all ways, within and without, and your energy will be in good supply to last many lifetimes, as needed.
Keep an open heart but also an open mind, for the mind does conjure ideas that the heart cannot get in alignment with. A closed and narrow mind can take over and forget about the heart, but the heart stays true to its original intent no matter what the mind decides. You know this already in the ache in your heart, in its longing, in its deepest desire for expression. Keep your heart strong and active and keep your mind in alignment with your heart’s good intentions. In heart centeredness anchor your mind so that it will know its true guide and decision maker, your deepest inner self. Live from the heart.
Stay grounded in knowing that you are well prepared for this journey, that you have been expecting this moment for a long time, and that this is just the unfolding of your life already lived. As you relive it now check on what you missed the first time. Notice the intensities and the disappointments, the highs and the lows, the joys and the pains, and remember it all well, for this is the last time you will relive it. Now, as you move on into the next phase of your unfolding already-lived life, know that you are ready for that too. It’s all about getting what you didn’t get the first time and calmly accepting all that once was and all that currently is, including yourself in the great scheme of it all, living your life. And remember the most important thing of all, that you survived everything, that you actually made it through to a successful outcome, in whatever form that took. Now that is something to look forward to!
Everything is pushing toward change now. What are you doing in your own life to change yourself? What are you resisting? What are you still making a big deal about that doesn’t really matter? What are you holding onto as if you could not live without it? Is it time to finally move on, to change? Like the phases of the moon things naturally wax and wane. When the moon is full it releases its fullness immediately to begin a new cycle. Nothing in nature stays the same for very long. Everything changes constantly, except the human, with its proclivity to be stubbornly unyielding. Such behavior proves nothing. And in the end the human is left behind wondering what happened. Embrace change. Make it a natural part of your life and then be like the moon and do it again and again. You won’t be disappointed. Begin a new phase in your own life today and mark it with thanks to the great Moon Goddess who shines upon you, lighting the way.
