Sometimes working too hard and too long at a problem only make it worse. Far better to step away, close the eyes and calm the mind. Often stepping away will result in the problem resolving itself in its own way, the only thing needed on your part the energy of good intentions. Sometimes in order to see something clearly it is better to view it from a great distance, breathing clear air for your body and soul, letting your heartfelt intentions travel the distance on the winds of time. Let your heart and soul be still, your mind calm, knowing that your heart’s power is love, and what is greater than that! And love lands where it is needed the most, even when you are not looking!

Let your heart be open to receive so that you may know the joy of its power of reception, so that you may know what it feels like to another being when you give and they receive. Learn to receive so that your giving may be truly heartfelt, for how can you truly expect another to receive what you give if you do not allow yourself to receive. Open your heart to receive graciously and then give graciously so that others may receive with an equally open heart. In this practice find the beauty and the power of your giving and receiving heart.

The path you are on is your path of heart. Where you are is where you need to be, at least for now. Find out the meaning of your life right where you are and determine its heart, for every path has heart and meaning if you decide it is so. And then you will discover that everything you encounter on that path is important. Every path counts, even the one you may want to get off. Why not find out why you are there. Ask your heart. It will know the answer.
