Dreams are more than just imaginary wanderings, they are lights in the darkness. Keep your dreams in mind at all times. With intent throw out a line to your future and make your way toward it. Even as you must live your current life, supporting and upholding the needs and duties of your current self, keep in mind that dreams are not just meant to be dreams. They are future potentials, inklings of what can be, and as such they are more than possibilities. They can become realities if you don’t lose sight of them. Dream your way forward to a new you, a different situation, a longed for something, to a focused intent that will not leave you until you live it. If you can dream it, you can live it.

Hold onto your dreams, even as you occasionally slip back into your nightmares, even as you sometimes forget who you truly are, a spirit being in human form. As you struggle forward into new life, keep the light of your spirit in sight, the light of knowing, the light of love, the light of longing that draws you forth. Hold steady on the light as you make your way along the path of life, through the ups and downs, the twists and turns, the backtracking and sidetracking. The light is always there, leading the way. And who bears the light? You, of course! Your spirit self is guiding you and knows every step you must take. Without self-condemnation make your way, knowing that you will succeed, you will achieve, you will arrive. You will fulfill, for that is your destination, the fulfillment of your own beautiful wholeness, within and without.

Steer clear of judging others. Hold them in a place of loving kindness in spite of your reservations and in spite of your own convictions. Hold yourself accountable just as you hold others accountable. One way may not be right, but the other may not lead to compassion either. Seek balance in alignment with the truth, with the flow of what truly is. For to rush the river destroys everything for everyone. Supreme patience and patient waiting for change to happen naturally, for all the pieces to fall into place, adds stability to any situation, as does love. In the flow of it all, don’t forget to be loving. It’s the energy most important for now, and forever. Be patiently loving.

There is a part of you that wants what it wants when it wants it, but do not let it overpower you. Do not fall prey to that which is unconscious. Do not let in that which is truly unwanted. Draw firm lines around yourself and within yourself, a sacred circle within which to protect your energy. Remain a sacred entity, secure in your sacred circle, knowing that you are right to keep your energy for that which is most important. There are times when it is important to turn inward, regroup, reset, and rejuvenate. Such times are as important as those times when it is right to be expansive and giving, sharing of your energy. Those times will soon return, but for now keep your energy safe and allow it nurturance in ways that are positive and healthy, spiritually enhancing and invigorating, so that you will have plenty to give when the giving time comes around again. For now, turn inward.

Let go of who you think you are and become your promised self. Set aside what you know about yourself and become your unknown self. You were born with an imprint and a core issue. The challenge is to move beyond it. Though it may permeate your life in memory and emotion let it not overwhelm you. Let it not smother you. Let it not hold you back any longer from emerging from its shadow into the light of new life. Yes, you were set up, but by your own soul, who loves you and gave you your challenges. And more than anything your soul wants you to challenge its authority and break away from what it has saddled you with and take yourself to a new level. That’s the real challenge. Soul imprint or not, you can change. Throw off the old inner voices that keep telling you what you can’t do and what you are not. Give yourself a new inner voice, with new words and new promises to keep. You have the power to change how you think about yourself,  what you say to yourself, and how you act. It’s time to embrace who you truly are. It’s your life after all.
