Our Daily Soulbytes are messages channeled from the energy of each day, from the dreams of the night, and from what the universe declares to be most important in the moment. They are usually posted before 7 AM every weekday.

Time to take charge of your own world. Even though you can do little to nothing about the outer world your inner world is totally within your domain of control. Use your power to take charge within yourself and find your way to freedom there, within your own body, mind, and spirit. You are not helpless, for you have yourself to depend upon. What better person could you ask for? Give yourself the power and control you need and let yourself take the next step toward needed change, with all parts on board and going for the ride, with humbleness, and with gratitude and thanks for the opportunity to finally change what needs to change. Go within, and use your power for your own good.

Let love find its way into your heart and into your mind, into every breath you breathe and every thought you think. Be a breathing, thinking being of love, and let love find you in return. There is plenty to go around. Where it lies crouched in fear, or where it stays hidden behind a facade of anger, tease it out, breath by breath and thought by thought, and let it be reciprocated heart to heart, for that is good and what is good is necessary. Give a little of your love energy and then give some more. It won’t hurt you to give and it may even be just the thing for you, and for someone else, that provides a necessary change. Be loving in calm stillness, in the quiet of every breath, in the silence of every thought, without saying a word, just love.

Find solace in knowing that you do have a primary purpose. Perhaps it is to become yourself more fully, to become more fully independent, more fully grounded in your solitary journey within the duality of body and soul, in the physical and in the spiritual. Such a journey is profound indeed. Look each day toward deeper grounding in and alignment with this purpose. Search no longer for meaning but find it in everything you do and everywhere you turn. For that is where it exists, all around you and in every moment. Journey onward and yet realize you have already found, for that is the journeyer’s truth, coming in the stillness of a moment of solitude. What you seek has already been found, within.
