Soulbyte for Wednesday June 7, 2017

Beyond this moment lies another, here in an instant. Beyond this day lies another, here in only a matter of time. Beyond this thought lies another, as fleeting as a moment. Beyond this knowledge lies more, gained over a matter of time. Do not stand rigid and unmoving, stuck in ideas or thoughts, in thinking that you are one way or another, an unchangeable being, for the truth is that you are as fleeting as a moment, as unfolding as a day, as changeable as a thought, as deep as all knowledge. You are all these things and more, an ever-evolving being, as you should be. Strive to remember this each day and let yourself become the changing being that you truly are. It’s not that hard. Like the ease of night into day and one moment into the next let yourself go with the flow!

Quiet observation is often the only means of approach to a sticky situation, to an untenable dilemma, to a painful confrontation. Becoming a quiet observer is like being a star in the night sky, a distant yet stable light. To stand apart is no easy feat, nor does it denote defeat, in fact it is a wise person who stands aside knowing that this time too will pass, that life will go on, that all things have the potential to change on their own. Such knowledge fuels the determination to quietly wait, as does the good heart that wishes only goodness and pursues only positive intentions. Even in the midst of chaos it is possible to have a positive impact from a distance. Think yes not no. Think life not death. Think good not evil. And emit only love. All of these are star qualities!

A Message for Humanity from Jeanne: Your Ancient Self

Somewhere, in all of us is this ancient beginning…

Here is this week’s audio channeling. May it provide enough to ponder and work with as we embark upon a new week of wonderment and incredulity, experiencing the extremes of life, and hopefully some quiet moments in between.

We wish everyone a most productive and safe week!

Containment of personal energy begins within the self, in turning thoughts away from that which is happening outside of the self, in turning inward with the breath so that calmness may begin to take its natural place like the calmness that comes after a thunderstorm. In containment, and in the natural state of breathing, let calmness anchor, let thoughts reduce to no more than the sound of leaves gently rustling, let mind go still as a moonless night, let body relax like a day with no breeze, let inner self, spirit, be present in every breath, naturally contained within. As it should be. Calm.

Soulbyte for Friday June 2, 2017

Sun, moon and stars in the sky above. Earth, trees and plants below. And in between walk the creatures of the earth, the animals, among them the human animal. All was pristine once, in balance, and yet now the sky suffers, the earth suffers, the creatures suffer. And yet suffering is life and life is suffering, the eternal misfortune of life on earth, the way of all things. And yet it does not have to end this way, for choices can be made to alleviate suffering, to change habits, to correct wrongs, to make well that which is ill and to carry out good works so that sky above, earth below, and all creatures that walk between the two may live in peace and harmony with as little suffering as possible.

The time has come for serious attention, awareness, and conscious action in all that is perpetrated, within and without, by the only creature who can actually do something, the human animal, for no other creature thinks or acts with intellect. No other creature has the capacity to act on a broad scale with love, compassion or kindness. And these are the things that matter. Walk a path of heart at all times. Between the sky above and the earth below blaze trails of healing and new life. It’s imperative, now more than ever.
