Listen to your heart more often, for it will most likely get to the truth that your brain just can’t find. Your spirit speaks to you through your heart and it will not trick you or give you bad advice. Often, thoughts coming out of the head are repetitive and uninspired, but ideas from the heart, from the spirit, offer a different perspective that your usual thoughts can’t imagine. Sit quietly, breathing calmly, and over time you’ll find your way to understanding how your heart communicates with you in its own unique way. And then you will know what is meant by listening to your heart.

When in need call out for help and help will come in some form. But even so, it is up to each one of you to do with that help what you will. It is always your choice that matters most. All the help in the world will do you know good if you continually refuse to accept it, to utilize it, to take it inward and use it to your own advantage. You are in charge and what matters most is how you choose to live, where you choose to focus your energy, and where you find meaning and purpose.

Participate more fully in life by deciding to  find out who you really are, what you are fully capable of, and by daring yourself to learn what it means to be a spiritual being in a physical body. Your spirit, the eternal essence of you, seeks to know you as much as you seek to know it, for it has quietly stayed in the background, sending you silent promptings your whole life, waiting for you to notice its existence. To bring your spirit self into your life will open the door to fuller participation and greater experience. How do you do that, you may ask? Ask your spirit. It will answer you directly, as only it can do.

Pay attention to what comes to guide you so that you don’t miss it. Often guidance comes in unexpected ways so that you might miss it and it’s only in hindsight that it becomes clear. Learn from such occasions. Learn from your dreams, how they show you your future, how they predict what is to come, or how they align with what you already know. Take action after much thought and discernment of guidance and dreams so that your actions align with what is truly right. You are being guided, but how? That is up to each one of you to learn.
