To be generous and truly giving, without needing anything in return, one must mature the inner child self into an adult who needs only the pleasure of loving and giving unconditionally, who wishes only to see the delight on the face of another and to, without judgment, experience the needs of another being met, even in simple ways. Listen to your heart more often, for it will most likely get to the truth that your brain just can’t find. Your spirit speaks to you through your heart and it will not trick you or give you bad advice. Often, thoughts coming out of the head are repetitive and uninspired, but ideas from the heart, from the spirit, offer a different perspective that your usual thoughts can’t imagine. Sit quietly, breathing calmly, and over time you’ll find your way to understanding how your heart communicates with you in its own unique way. And then you will know what is meant by listening to your heart.

Keep things simple. Why complicate life when it is unnecessary to do so? Remain simple, honest and straightforward in everything you do and say. In everything you think and contemplate, remain on the side of the positive and upwardly focused so that you remain inspired and elated by life rather than defeated by it. What you think matters, for it constructs your whole attitude about life and your attitude about life can either make you or break you.
