Do not part ways with your spirit, with the part of you that holds you close and dear, that wants you to grow and evolve. When you forget this part of yourself it wonders why you are so hard on yourself, and why you’ve forgotten that this is your real self. It seeks always to guide you and help you, even when you don’t notice or don’t care. To stay connected, keep your heart open. For that is where you will find your spirit connection, in your openheartedness, in the goodness and friendliness of your heart, where every one and every thing is acceptable, without judgment, including you!

Let things go, as you turn fully in a new direction now. Without regret, let go of that which is no longer important, of that which holds you back, especially of fear. Fear pervades all. It complicates life, though it is no more than a set of ideas, impediments to freedom, to truth, and to knowing your full potential. Let bygones be bygones, memories in the dusty past, while you turn openhearted in a new direction, toward that which holds promises of love, kindness, and compassion, the greatest riches you will ever find, so simple and so free.

Sustain, maintain, and retain your open heartedness, your loving kindness, and your compassionate presence in all you do, towards all you meet, in who you are, and in how you act in the moments that are most important in your life, as well as in the moments that are mundane and ordinary. Operate from your heart center at all times so that your life flows like a gentle river, with intent, with bountiful energy, and with all its gifts ready at hand. Practice being openhearted toward self and others in the natural flow of everyday life and find that as you maintain this openhearted self you become more susceptible to love overall, in all its varied forms, within and without. And that is good, for you and for others. As it should be.
