They have always been waiting. Are you ready to receive them now? Allow them to come to you by being empty and open at the same time, the ultimate state of reception.

Begin the week with emptiness, with all expectation emptied from your mind. Let your mind be still and your heart be open. True openness wants nothing. True openness needs nothing. True openness desires nothing. Let only openness and emptiness be your state of mind, body, and spirit. Let this openness and emptiness sit calmly waiting within you. In such calm waiting, with a heart that is open and agreeable, trust that you will be fulfilled, for that is the law of the universe. Where there is an opening, it will be filled.

Keep your heart still and your mind clear, and remain open to all that life offers. With a calm heart everything is more acceptable, easier to assimilate and more likely to have a positive outcome. A calm heart is a meditative heart, and a meditative heart is open and available to love. Keep your heart on the loving channel. Meditate on being open and available and loving. There is nothing better than that!

Greet each new day without regret for what has already passed. Find newness each dawn and the opportunity to make new pathways in a new direction. Without regret find your feet on solid ground and forge ahead with an open mind, an open heart, receptive to that which approaches. Opportunities await, but you will miss them if your mind is closed by regret, if your thoughts are stuck in the past and if your receptivity is not turned on. Mind your manners but stay alert and alive to what awaits!

Let not the trials and tribulations of life turn you angry, fearful, sad, or resentful but instead keep an open heart that stays positive and ready for anything. For change happens all the time and if you are open to it you will notice its arrival. If you are full of anger, fear, sadness and resentment you won’t notice that change is happening all the time and you will think that life never offers any new opportunities.
