Each day decisions must be made for how to be, how to decide to see the world, how to interpret, internalize and act. How will you choose to live this perfect day? In synch with it? Fighting it? Aggressively, or flowingly? Each new day is perfect as it begins, as the perfect sun rises in the perfect sky and the birds begin to sing their perfect song. It is only in the human mind that things go awry, that perfection is missed by eyes turned in the wrong direction, away from beauty. Let the perfection of the day stay with you. Let the energy of perfection flow through you, without restriction. Be in synch with the beauty, and let the energy guide you to your own perfection. Nothing is lost if you are in perfect rhythm with this perfect day. There is only gain.

Take a moment to stop and look at the sky, at its infinite presence, day or night. Take in its vastness, and with a deep breath feel your own connection to it. The stars above once meant so much more than just twinkling lights, and the darkness held stories and drama, and the activities of the sun and moon held deep meaning. Take all of that in as you look at the sky, and remember that you are a part of it all, that your story is connected to all those stories of old, and remember that the magic is still there to be tapped into, if you dare.

What can you do today to move yourself along on your journey of change and transformation? What action can you take? What positive words can you speak to yourself? What helpful anecdote can you offer your seeking self? What metaphor works well to offer encouragement? Often, nature provides helpful clues as to how to behave, how to resist, and how to be patient. Turn once again to nature around you, in whatever form is offered. Even just observing a busy fly may offer you the one clue you need to lift your spirits in any given day. Take in what you need and run with it, for each day counts as much as the next and each day is just as full of promise as the next.

A change of season gives us an opportunity to look at our lives and see how things are changing too, whether we are consciously aware, knowing and seeing every step, or unconscious so that we miss the opportunity to be grounded and utilize our ability to choose. Sometimes life just takes over, like the abrupt change of a season, and before we know it things have happened without our awareness. It’s never too late to play catch up, to wake up and become an active player in all the changes, to choose a new direction and find a fulfilling path. Life always offers that opportunity!

Find your sweet spot, your place of perfect inner balance where your mind is calm, your body is calm and your heart is open. Let the calmness within you guide you to experience the world in a new way, as calm and open as you feel, as heart centered as you are. Resonance with the world around you brings you into alignment with nature and with the present moment so that all else disappears and all that matters is the now of it all, the simple solitary now. Hold onto that moment for as long as possible and remind yourself to replay it in body, mind and heart often throughout the day. Reconnect to the now of it all and re-experience peace, calmness and nature as it truly is, in each quiet moment, as it comes.
