Yes, times are tough! There is no doubt about it. But keep in mind that great change takes great courage. As you weather through this time of great change, keep your focus on what is to come, on your heart-centered belief that good will come out of any turmoil and that kindness will reign in the end. Such beliefs are attainable. If you can feel them in your heart, imagine them in your mind, and begin in your own life to enact them, then surely, they will come to fruition.

The energy of now asks a great deal of every being upon the planet, for there is so much in turmoil, so much that needs fixing, and so much that is being disrupted. Fix what you can closest to home. Keep a neat life with plenty of quiet stillness, with plenty of inner work, and with plenty of creativity. Live as if you are an advanced spiritual being by making sure to be loving, kind and compassionate, even if you don’t feel very advanced. Live as if you already knew all the answers, even if you don’t feel you know many at all. Live as if the world has already changed, even if you see every day how much there still is to do. Keep the vision of advancement and change always within your heart and you will soon see it in reality as well.

Every day is an opportunity to change something about yourself. So often you wish that someone else would change, that the world would change, or that a specific person would change. But how about you? Can you start with yourself today? Make some change that is not only noticeable but helpful and beneficial in some way to yourself and your personal world. Give something new a try by taking the first steps toward it. Sometimes the Universe needs you to start toward the goal you want it to provide, just to show it that you mean business and that you actually are ready to receive it.

Unearth your deepest desires, your truest desires, a little bit more today. Rather than keeping everything stuffed down inside of you, let them be known in some way to your outer world. Write about them. Visualize and picture them in some way. Let the Universe know exactly what it is that you desire, right down to the minutest detail. Sometimes the Universe needs a little push because it can’t quite decipher all your desires and hone them down to one big one; that is your problem to fix. Set about fixing it by getting very specific, and then see what happens as you keep it constantly alive in your heart and mind, your dream of you.

Change is not that hard to imagine. Try on a new vision of yourself. Feel what it feels like to be this new self. Let it sink in to your body and mind. Envision this person out in the world. Notice what reactions you get. Notice how they make you feel. Keep up being this new self in your mind, and keep feeling it in your body, as you mentally embody this new you. Keep your imagination alive and your vision strong as you see yourself in new circumstances, naturally part of a new environment, fully living the new you. The imagination is one of the strongest human assets. Use it to your advantage. If you can imagine it, if you can dream it, you can experience it in reality. Make your dreams come true.
