Keep going. Don’t stop now. Reinvigorate your intention. Like a seed planted in the ground attend to it so that the change you desire comes to fruition. Nurture it with love, feed it your attention, and give it your energy. Remind yourself often that you are important and that your intention for your own growth and happiness is important too. Remain optimistic and keep your intent alive. With love it will thrive. With care it will grow. With your unbending intent it will evolve, and so will you!

Suspend judgment and let your mind be silent. Still its thoughts, quiet its incessant chatter. In fact, just don’t think. Let your spirit take over instead. Rather than be guided by old ideas, thoughts, and judgments of yourself and what you think you can and cannot do or be, let your spirit show you who you truly are. Be open and trusting that your spirit has only your best in its intentions, that it truly knows what you need. Just as you have been learning to trust that your body knows what it needs and how to take care of it, that it has a mind of its own, trust your spirit in this manner too. Body and spirit and you, what better combination could there be? And what is the “you” in that mix? You are the energy of consciousness, awareness, knowledge, and wisdom. You are your own body and spirit, but also far more than that. For you are all that you are and all that you can be, present oneness and future oneness. You are your own potential, your own fulfillment, the totality of you, and you carry it all within. So, suspend the judging mind for a while and tap into all of that, and then see what happens!

To aid in connecting body and spirit become more aware of your own energy, how it feels inside you, what it notices outside of you, and what it can do in your surroundings. Sit quietly and get to know your energetic self. Instruct it in what you want to accomplish and ask it to help you. Speak to it, ask it to do something, and then see what happens. Your energy, your life force, is your spirit inside you, but it is so much more than that, for it is connected to and part of the greater universe, that which creates and energizes all thing and, as such, is very powerful. Gifts from the universe come to aid you in your life, to help you, to protect you, or to encourage you, though you may not realize such things if you are not attuned and aware. Get in alignment with and use the power of your own spiritual energy wisely. Use it for good, and use it with loving compassion, intent upon enhancing the greater good.

Your body will do anything you tell it to do. Within reason, you might say. But reason is quite unreasonable, for it is only what your mind has been taught to believe, and what your mind has been taught is illusion, what the world consensus believes. What if you told your body something new? What if you cleared your mind of its old ideas and illusions and gave it some new positive suggestions? Your body will respond because your body has no mind of its own. It only believes what you tell it. Give your body new information, added with the certainty that it will respond in a new way. Trust its ability to do anything. Change your mind, change your body, change your reality. That’s where your true powers lie, in actually being able to change your reality. Try it, and see what happens!
