Stand up for yourself and what you believe in but make sure that what you believe in is truly right. Know yourself fully and deeply so that you are clear on what it means to believe in something so deeply that you will stand up and show how much it means to you. To truly believe in something takes heart and soul and an unbending intent. Often a cause is believed in that truly has no heart and soul. Know your own heart and soul in order to make informed decisions and to act when the time is right to stand up, not only for what you believe in but for yourself as well.

There is enough time to accomplish what needs to be done. Notice how in nature things grow and mature, achieve completion no matter the weather. The flowers bloom, the fruit ripens, the leaves turn green then red, yellow and orange as they mature. Find calmness and the peace of mind necessary to grow and mature in life, to complete what needs to be done with dignity and respect for self and others, and to experience what needs to be experienced with an open heart and an open mind. There is enough time for your dreams too. Slow down and you will find the time for everything.

Each day offers a multitude of opportunities and choices, from the mundane to the exquisite, from the ordinary to the extraordinary. The greatest and most important opportunity is deciding to see what is being presented to you as the most pivotal factor yet in the life you have lived thus far. Why is today not possibly the most important day ever? It can be if you decide to make it so. By your attitude, by how you decide to perceive your circumstances, and by choosing to make a new choice and take a new direction, you offer yourself a different experience. Make today more important than yesterday by going out on a limb and doing something extraordinary.

Don’t get caught in useless arguments that won’t further your spirit’s journey. Where does your purpose lie? Not in the mundane, nor in the banalities of competition or ego but in the depths of your Soul. Purpose is directly related to the life you are in. There is nothing more important than the life you are in and the unfolding of each moment of each day, the only mundanities to pay attention to, for it is in your daily life that your purpose is spelled out for you. What is going on inside you that keeps you from your purpose? Is it fear? Anger? Resentment? Can you let all that go and just be with your pure and innocent self? For that is where your truth and your purpose lie, with your pure and innocent self, who is just waiting to explain it all to you. There is no argument, fear or resentment there. There is only truth.

Return to a sense of knowing that you fully belong to the world, a sense of knowing that you may not remember but that you did once feel upon entering into this life. At that time you knew more than you know now. Gather your knowledge of your early beginnings and set yourself once again upon a path of newness, the path that once belonged to you and still does. Reassert your presence. Take a stand that is full of heart. Take a step in the direction of your choice and claim your spot in the universe that you call life. It is ready for you.
